So I pushed out a new site for the business, check it. In other news, barring some major catastrophe I will be a first-time homeowner in the coming week(s?). I can’t wait to actually have a yard. And a grill. It has been far too long (6 years!).

Went to the market today, which is a pretty long walk (25 blocks each way?). Sooo glad it’s open again. Will be making some goodies with my harvest. Probably another soup in the works. I’m thinking red lentils, coconut milk, lemongrass kind of combo; not sure what else yet.

There is a vendor at the Saturday farmers market that brings all kinds of green and red peppers, and roasts them on-site in this big wire drum with propane burners. The entire market smells of roasted peppers, and it is always enough to make my mouth salivate. Any how, we bought a small bag of mild peppers last weekend and made a KILLER soup with them. I went back today and picked up 3 lbs of peppers! The plan is to make the soup again, only triple the amount and freeze it. Yum!
